CHINA IKING INDUSTRIAL GROUP CO., LTD is a large-scale enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales of glass wool. The factory is headquartered in Dacheng, Hebei Province, covering an area of 200 acres. It adopts the world-leading centrifugal glass wool production technology of the 21st century to manufacture a series of centrifugal glass wool products. These products are mainly used in fields such as steel structures, wall insulation, pipelines, power stations, and more. Currently, glass wool products have been exported to 130 countries and regions around the world, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and others.
Main Raw Materials: broken glass pieces,quartz sand, dolomite, sodium carbonate, and borax.
1. Broken glass pieces: Recycled glass can also be used as part of the raw materials after processing. This helps save resources and reduce costs.
2.Quartz sand: An essential raw material in the production of glass wool. Its primary component is silica, which generally constitutes a significant proportion of the raw materials.
3.Dolomite: Contains components such as calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg). It can enhance the chemical stability and mechanical properties of glass. Adding an appropriate amount of dolomite can improve the strength and durability of glass wool.
4.Sodium carbonate (calcined soda): Its main function is to lower the melting point of glass, enabling it to be melted at a lower temperature.
5.Borax: Can improve the heat resistance and chemical stability of glass.
