Product Overview：IKING Rigid Glass Wool Insulation Board
IKING rigid glass wool board is a stiff inorganic thermal & acoustic insulation panel manufactured by melting glass raw materials into fine fibers under high temperature. With stable rigid shape, A1 non-combustible property and ultra-low thermal conductivity, it efficiently cuts energy loss and absorbs medium & high frequency noise. It serves as ideal insulation material for new buildings and renovation projects, supporting multiple surface facing options to fit different construction demands.
Panel Construction：The board is designed for stable shape and long service life, composed of:
Glass Wool Fiber Core: Uniform rigid fiber structure, main layer for heat preservation and sound absorption
Optional Aluminum Foil Facing: Single-sided or double-sided foil to enhance heat reflection, vapor barrier and anti-corrosion performance.
Lightweight Base Texture: No deformation or sagging after long-term installation.
Installation Methods：
Direct Mount on Wall & Ceiling
1. Cut the glass wool board into required size on site.
2. Fix the board to keel framework with self-tapping screws and matching accessories.
3. Seal gaps between boards with matched seal tape to avoid heat loss and sound leakage.
4. Cover aluminum foil surface if anti-condensation performance is needed.
Air Duct Wrapping & Lining
The rigid glass wool board can be lined inside ventilation ducts, fixed by rivets or adhesive, greatly reducing air duct noise and heat exchange.
