Product Overview：IKING Flexible Glass Wool Roll Thermal Insulation Blanket
IKING glass wool roll is soft flexible fiber blanket made of fine glass fiber. It features lightweight, bendable texture, A1 fireproof grade and outstanding heat insulation performance. Thanks to its flexible property, it can tightly wrap irregular pipelines, curved ducts and roof gaps. It is a cost-effective insulation material for industrial pipelines, civil buildings and HVAC systems.
Roll Structure
Flexible Glass Wool Core: Soft intertwined fiber, fits curved and irregular surfaces perfectly.
Optional Aluminum Foil Backing: Block water vapor, reflect heat and prevent aging.
Hydrophobic Treated Fiber: Resist condensate and humid air to maintain stable insulation effect.
Pipeline Wrapping Installation
1. Unfold glass wool roll and wrap tightly around steam, hot water or cold water pipelines.
2. Seal overlapping joints with foil tape to avoid heat loss and water vapor penetration.
3. Fix the blanket with galvanized wire or bandage.
Attic & Roof Laying Installation
1. Spread glass wool roll flat on roof joists or attic floor.
2. Overlap roll edges properly without gaps for full coverage.
3. Fix with fixing nails if additional fixation is required.
