Glasswool is a soundproofing material composed of glass fibers. The main function of glasswool is to reduce the sound intensity of panel resonance reaching the ears (providing soundproofing), and it also serves as a heat barrier. Generally, sound-absorbing materials are soft and porous substances, such as foam. The application of glasswool can help maintain indoor air temperature and prevent air from being too cold or too hot. One of the uses of glasswool is to reduce heat transfer.
